I got an open box set and it was a MESS. Fine, I cleaned it up and put them together which took a while. They sent barstools when I ordered counter height stools. Customer service is AI bot/human/useless/waste of time.

They are very pretty stools that fit my aesthetic perfectly. HOWEVER. As some reviewers noted, the first set I got missed a full set of the black screws! (We shall see about the second set). It took quite a bit to figure out how to assemble the first chair, but after that you get the hang of it. Second, as other reviewers also noted, if you lean back, it's uncomfortable. The back part gauges into your back. You definitely have to have a pillow if you want to lean back. But then that ruins the look. So, I'd give them a 3.5 rounded up. They do seem well made and sturdy. For example, the seat seems to have a hefty wire mesh supporting it, unlike some other pretty dining chairs I got a long time ago that supports using stapled ropes (which my cats have pulled apart. so any day now the bottom is going to fall out of those chairs...)
