Delivery was faster than estimated. The sofa arrived with no apparent damage. One tiny little issue…there were three holes for the legs to be screwed into and one in the back of the sofa with a mark where the hole was supposed to be drilled. We had to drill the hole ourselves. Otherwise it’s a very nice sofa. I am disappointed that the sofa cushions while removable cannot be reversed.

Looks really great. Bought it for a healthcare facility and it was well received by the staff and residents. We use plastic cover to preserve the leather from accidents and high traffic use. I really love how Wayfair coordinates the drop off of the couches. They call me ahead of time and coordinate really well. Professional service!

Bought 2 loveseats for my office and I love them. Firm, but comfortable seat and fabric is soft. My only complaint was regarding scheduling delivery with the third party delivery company. Wayfair costumer service was very helpful with when I called about the issue and they helped me by contacting delivery company.

Besides being so pleased with the loveseat after not seeing the product prior to purchase I am delighted! The delivery team were just awesome, polite, professional and worked great together. They are an asset to the Wayfair Team!
