This bed is fantastic!!!Now , that it is assembled I just LOVE how is looks, feels and provides so much room in the daytime. I gave only 4 stars out of 5 because noone had told me that it arrived in 6 packages and 2 times in a row I had handymen here at home and they couldn’t assemble the bed, bc I had 1 package double and another one missing. It took a lot of calls, emails and my time and energy to correct the mistakes made by the warehouse. But the Wayfair staff was very friendly, and together we worked it out.

Exactly what I was looking for. Went together faster and easier than I anticipated. Took about 3 hours to complete the installation. Only real complaint was the wheel pivot cover didn’t line up and I had to modify. One thing to note is the mattress must be 10” or under. This isn’t stated in the item description and I had to order a different mattress. Overall excellent quality and packaged extremely well.

It’s wonderful. When not in use, it’s helped save SO much space in my room. I decorated the inside with wallpaper for a cute touch. I’m so happy with this purchase!

Beautiful and very sturdy piece! Everything was packaged beautifully and there were no missing parts (except the mix up with the boxes as noted here). I had a handyman come and set it up and install it. Weirdly, when the boxes were delivered there were 2 boxes labeled Box 3 and no Box 4. I didn’t realize it until my handyman started assembly. I immediately called the manufacturer’s help line printed on the instruction booklet and they sent Box 4 overnight! They had all of my info from Wayfair and could see my order. They were SO helpful!! My handyman got as far as he could without Box 4 on day 1 and then came back the next day to finish. He said everything was straight forward-no issues with the instructions or the set up. One very minor complaint is that the pull out shelf is hard to pull out if you push it all the way in. The sliding mechanism is quite stiff. But I just leave it out an inch or so it works fine.
