This as an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. Well built, very easy to assemble- exactly what I needed to create a multi-purpose room in my home. I would highly encourage anyone to purchase this. Much better product than the laminate item I priced at the custom closet store. We love this!!!

Overall the bed is good, looks nice, and is good value for the price. However, quality control was really lacking. I am an above-average DIYer with plenty of extra tools and I still had to work really hard to get everything to line up properly. The fact that one metal bracket was so incorrectly mounted that I had to grind the hole larger (which led to another cascade of problems) was unacceptable. Additionally, some steps are truly 2-people jobs, so make sure you have a helper available when building. Had there been better quality control I would have given 5 stars.

Love it! My in-laws came down stayed a week with us. They had no complaints. Our sleep number mattress fits in it.
