The chair is a 8 out of 10, its a very nice chair could use some extra cushion on arms other than that the chair is great looks rich.

The chair is very comfortable and well built. The power unit and function is very quiet and quick. The only thing I find not so good with the chair is the location of the switches and the USB port. I have already broken a USB charger cord due to the location of the plug. That is the only bad thing about the chair
