I would give this chair 5 starts except that the power buttons are in an awkard place. The chair is very comfortable. I LOVE the lumbar and neck electric support, but I do worry about the motors going out. I'm overall happy with the purchase of this chair.

Very stylish, correct for our living room, color fits the decor quite nicely & all movement buttons are working properly. My wife really likes the hidden cup holders.
