It was missing screws and I had to go buy some. I had to sand the doors down in order for them to fit and add wood to the side of the drawers for them to fit as well. For the price it’s not worth buying.

Cheap and drawers didn’t fit the unit.

Are they in any sort of order in which you could open them by steps? of course not. You will spend the next hour and a half separating all the pieces out, trying to identify tiny stickers that are just as white as the product itself an no, they are not uniformly placed, so you'll take forever searching for "D1" or "B3". Some screws get their own bag, some screws are in a bag with three other screws so your guess is as good as mine when it comes to identifying and labeling them because they just threw in tiny slips of paper with a half printed number. The instructions? Laughable. No clear depiction or stickers letting you know what faces up and what faces down, so 50/50 if you're screwing it in correctly. The QR videos... yeah those don't actually load 90% of the time and the physical book defies physics in pretending like the wood floats so you can screw from the bottom. If you don't own a drill, don't even look in the direction of this product. 2. Many of the pieces are warped or drilled incorrectly, so something that should take 30 seconds ends up taking 30 minutes. And if you need a replacement part (which you will, because half the holes don't line up) THEY WILL SEND AN ENTIRE BOX WITH ALL THE PARTS A WEEK LATER WHICH IS NOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DISPOSE OF!! YAY!!!! Now you're thinking to yourself, how could this get this possibly get any worse???? FUN FACT: THE DIMENSIONS ON THE SITE ARE WRONG!!!! So, after lugging up 500lbs of material, and spending hours to only be on step 10 of 55, you'll realize that this bed actually isn't going to fit in your room at all because they mislabeled it BY 18 INCHES!!!!!!!! 102 vs 120 seems to be an important number for something like this and yet.... it's wrongly advertised and still on this site! 3. You'll call, they'll offer a refund, and yet you now have 100+ pieces and a half installed bed on your second floor that, yes you guessed it, YOU get to dispose of! So not only did you waste 7 hours on a bed you can't even keep, but now you get to single-handedly carry every piece down to your car and find a place to get rid of it!

Wow. This was the most disappointing purchase Ive made in a long time. First of all, the package arrived with 15 boxes partially opened. Then, the assembly required gathering items from multiple boxes to.complete the first step. This meant that I needed to unbox hundreds of parts to find the first few parts for the first step. This was insanely inefficient and frustrating. Throughout the building process, multiple parts were not labeled which resulted in my needing to use deductive reasoning to identify the mystery parts. There are QR codes for more information but some lead to an error message and another took me to a blurry picture of tje paper instructions provided. Then, came the biggest safety issue- the instructions tell you to install the bed to the wall at the very end of 53 steps. However, in order to safely open the bed to I stall slats which provide rigidity for the mattress, the bed must be installed. They also only provide four small brackets to mount to the wall and there is so much torque from the hydraulic piston that it feels sketchy at best for installing to drywall. Finally, after building the entire bed portion and mounting to the wall for safety (before building the side cabinets), we figured out that the measurements online (total of 102.2 inches wide) was INCORRECT- in reality it is 120 inches wide. Huge difference, hige problem, and all they could do was refund me 20. What a disappointment. If youre considering a murphy bed, do yourself a favor and order from a specialist. This was flimsy design, poor instructions, and incorrect info.
