Banc en bois massif

The bench itself very nice, sturdy, looks more expensive than it is. However, my bench arrived with visibly damaged wood on one of the legs. I contacted customer service, sent photos, and they said they’d send me a replacement leg and it would arrive next week - great! However, several days passed and I never received a confirmation email or shipping update. I reached out again and they had no record of my request or of any issue with my order. Huh? They said they reordered the part for me but the confirmation email says it’ll take 3 business days for them to confirm a part is available - after customer service again told me the part was ordered and I would receive it next week. Just the worst company.

This bench is so beautiful. I can’t believe that it is real wood. It smells so good coming out of the package assembly was super easy. It took only about 10 minutes to put together. It’s gorgeous, neutral tones, a stunning addition to my dining room.
