Great product overall. Looks awesome after being installed. However, the wood is not too strong, so be careful when putting it together.

This looks nice and holds a lot of shoes, but it was shipped poorly with broken boxes and lots of scuffs, scratches and cracks on pieces that we didn’t notice until we were already well into building it. The e instructions are a little hard to follow do you don’t put furniture together often. I think our issue is more with Wayfair and the delivery and packing ca the actual hall tree.

I agree with the other reviews. The measurements of this hall tree are definitely inaccurate. It’s about 55” wide, however i didn’t care about that because i had the space. The material is nice and sturdy. It was packaged very well. The reason for 45 stars is because there was some random small scuffs and chips which wayfair customer service was kind enough to issue me a partial refund for. So overall, I am happy with this purchase!

The product itself is amazing, color is stunning but it is literally the wrong messurent. Headlines say 39 Thats what we went by. But you need to follow the mm messurent and convert it in Google. It is literally 15 bigger than what it says

this piece is not as advertised. It took my very adept handyman 3 hours to put it together and you couldn't tell until halfway through it is not the size advertised. it is 15" wider than advertised. I paid the over $600 for this piece and paid to get it delivered and then paid my handy many for 3 hours of work. I can't use it and have it in my garage because it is 15" wider than advertised! All the company will do is issue a $20 discount. There is no way to get to anyone for a complaint and that in itself is very bad customer service. I have used Wayfair many times before but have never needed to get in touch with customer service. I doubt this complaint will make it anyway but I am also going to post it on ever site I know.
