Beautiful, cozy couch! Very pleased so far.

I absolutely love my choice. It is made with great quality, feels strong and durable. Its super soft and soothing. It took me an hour to take plastic and shipping box off all three parts by myself (female) easy to put together and plug in. I highly recommend this couch. The cushions are made with thick foam feel like gel. The color is light but i have no pets or kids. Love it !

The sectional is awful. Worst couch I have ever seen. I will send you pictures of how uneven it is and it doesn’t even fit together. We can’t even get it to go together. We push it together, but we can’t make it to connect with the bolts and the material on the back of the couch is loose. It’s I don’t know it must’ve been in storage for a while. It’s just the worst couch I’ve ever seen. And there’s also a hole on one side of the couch. I don’t know if we are going to keep it.

The couch is lovely. The delivery was ridiculous. They were damaged, reordered and then left on my doorstep. Nothing was delivered in home despite my presence. Packaging was a mess.
