The stools are fine. Cushioned seat feels very comfortable. I included some of my old adjustable stools next to the new ones. Packaging was thorough and well done. I will have no fear about anyone sitting on the stools as far as weight is concerned. All of the preceding would indicate a “5”, but………. Not so fast! The actual assembly is simple with the minimalist directions PDF. Unfortunately nowhere does it say, that I could find, the size of wrenches needed. With my fat fingers it was difficult to get an adjustable wrench underneath to anchor the bolt. I finally looked on the manufacturer’s website and found that a couple of 716 inch wrenches would be needed. After that things went very smoothly. I would recommend the assembly instructions be a bit more specific about this. I do wish the backs were a bit higher, but I’ll get used to them. Ball bearings need to warm up a bit to function well for the swivel, but that will easily happen. They are very sturdy. Fed Ex and Wayfair communicated well as far as the delivery They were early on both the delivery date and the delivery time. So a “5” for the stools and the process “3” for the assembly ambiguity. “4” rating overall.
