This chair is actually pretty nice except for one issue. The problem is that it will not sit level on the floor. They rock and rock, and no matter how much you attempt to adjust them (disassemble, re-assemble, etc.) the problem just will not go away. I purchased 4 of them and am returning them all. Very annoying as they take quite a bit of time to assemble, just to realize that the product is either defective or just poorly designed!

One of these is defective. There is a problem with the screws and threading for one part of one of the stools. I want a replacement but don’t really want to pack this up and ship it back. I can’t get boxes and stuff to send it back during a quarantine.
