This is the perfect solution for bringing a newly purchased, very deep mattress and box-spring set down to a manageable height for crawling into bed -- no step stool needed!!! Now, I love my new mattress but will have to shorten the hemmed length of my dust ruffle, a task which, thankfully is not a problem.
