1 star, but only because there’s no lesser option. Quality is extremely poor, it is questionable whether or not this genuine leather is actually genuine or a complete misuse of that word. Additionally the sizing was either mis labeled or miscalculated to a degree that cannot be qualified as a mistake: these counter stools were actually much larger than standard bar stools. Packaged poorly, damaged in transit and very probably prior to transit, color irregularities among the set of four, and here’s my favorite part: what was a quick-ship product guaranteed to arrive the first week of May, actually arrived the second week of July. While Wayfair was not particularly apologetic or helpful, they did half heartedly promise that I could have a refund a few times over the course of 2,5 months. As if I wouldn’t seek one out anyway. But now on to the battle to recoup the $200 restocking fee. Yes, you read that correctly. Somebody has got a perfect combination of moderate brain damage and huge balls if they’re trying to legitimize keeping any money from this ridiculous exchange. I’m embarrassed for their staff who will have to speak to me and knowingly try to defend their company’s actions. Or Inaction.

Extremely poor quality of everything. the plastic support pieces under the frame broke instantly. the leather seat had stains and scratches. On its label underneath it specified the manufactured date was about 2 years old. Either these were returned items or old and unsold pieces.

Purchased two. The leather quality is very questionable. I really wish that Wayfair would be specific about genuine vs bonded leather. My fear is that these stools are bonded. They are very dry and feel like they will soon crack without applying a leather conditioner. I am considering a return on these stools. Delivery was late by two days. They were delivered assembled, each in a large box with little paddingsupport. Otherwise seem sturdy and comfortable.
