You get what you buy! This came in LARGE boxes and the assembly was pretty easy once you figure out what part is what. I’ve had this for 5 months the now and there aren’t any indents or rips. We use this DAILY and even fall asleep on it. The pull out part is also very quiet and easy to take out.

This sofa damaged my flooring because the rubber wheels snap and the metal brackets cause the damage once those snap. They sent me several replacements for this issue. Ive been going back and fourth with Wayfair and Honbay for almost a year now for recovery of damage expenses of what its going to cost me and also to replace my sofa I purchased and neither have resolved this issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing this product at all.
