Smaller than expected and not comfortable. You get what you pay for. Lots of storage which is nice

This has to be hands down the most incompetent furniture company in the existence of furniture companies. They use different manufacturers for their products and cannot guarantee that you get the item you actually ordered for their modular sets. So much frustration, so many excuses, never any results. Spare yourself the headache and go to a furniture retailer that uses their own or the same manufacturer. I promise you it will spare you weeks of frustration, anger, and waste. So frustrating. And frankly the quality is really low. I'm sorry I purchased this set to begin with. If I had the expendable income I would drag it outside, set it on fire, and go to a competent company and spend a little more money. Please heed my warning. This isn't a one-off. They screw up then tell you their terms and conditions state that the company uses different manufacturers and that you assume the risk. What a load of garbage. Bad product, poor policies, total lack of accountability and responsibility.

This couch ended up being exactly what we wanted. It was delivered in 9 separate boxes very quickly. Assembly was easy but requires atleast two people. The pieces all fit together seamlessly. The cushions are firm but still comfortable and alll covers are removable and washable. The polyester blend is easily wipeable and seems like it will hold up to dogs and toddlers. The storage and pull out bed are awesome options that we didn’t find in other comparable sectionals for this price. If you’re on the fence this couch is totally worth the price tag.

This is a kid size couch and there is no back support or any type of neck support. If I could I would give it negative reviews for being misleading.
