This recliner is very comfortable and supports my lumbar and neck regions with its adjustable power buttons. I needed a recliner that was supportive of my cervical and lumbar spine issues. This recliner is a soft grain leather and is of a more modern style, not like your typical granny recliner. I was excited to see this recliner on sale at a greatly discounted price. Wish I could have afforded the matching reclining sofa too!

If you're considering this chair, just get it. It's beautiful and definitely quality.

This is a great chair. Lumbar, recline, headrest all with independent push controls that work perfectly. Quality build. Luxury feel. Very happy with it! Be proactive in tracking your order if late. They may be understaffed at certain hubs. What worked for me was calling and talking to a live person. Chat did no good for me. Ask for number of your nearest delivery hub if it seems to be resting there multiple days while tracking online.
