Disappointed — Looks Better Than It Feels Unfortunately, this couch did not meet my expectations. While it looks attractive and presents well in the room, the comfort level is extremely disappointing. The cushions are very hard and rigid, making the couch uncomfortable to sit on even for a relatively short period of time. I expected some firmness, but this goes well beyond supportive—it simply does not feel comfortable or inviting.

Beautiful, structured and well made. Yes, the sofa is firm but you want this to be firm, so it doesn’t lose its form and style. I was nervous what it would look like for the price but I’m beyond happy!Delivery was supper fast. Set up and instructions were easy. Going to order the accent chairs now!

Quick delivery, soft fabric, firm cushions. Easy to assemble. Its just what i wanted.
