The sofa is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The blue color is stunning, it fits perfectly in my living room, and it definitely adds a luxurious touch to my space.
Unfortunately, my experience with the pricing and customer service was very disappointing.
I purchased this sofa for 1,229.99, and less than 20 minutes later I noticed the exact same sofa on the website for 755. Since it was after business hours, I contacted customer service first thing the next morning. I explained what happened, but they refused to honor the lower price or offer any type of price adjustment.
I was then told that my only option would be to return the sofa and place a new order. However, I would have been responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which meant I would still lose money. That didn’t seem like a fair solution, especially considering how quickly the price changed after my purchase.
My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this company is to watch the pricing closely before you place your order. The prices can change dramatically in a very short amount of time, and based on my experience, don’t expect a price adjustment if the price drops immediately after your purchase.
As for the sofa itself, it’s very attractive, but it is also extremely firm. If you’re looking for a plush, sink-in feel, this may not be the sofa for you. I’m hoping it softens over time with regular use because, at the moment, it’s much harder than I expected.
Overall, I love how the sofa looks, but I was disappointed by the company’s pricing practices and customer service. If they had honored the lower price, I would have gladly given this purchase a much higher rating.
