However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that one of the pieces, 5 drawer chest, was not included in the package. This was particularly disappointing as the set was advertised and sold as a 5-piece ensemble as per the pictures. Furthermore, when I contacted your customer service department to address this issue, I was informed that the discrepancy between the product images and the actual contents of the set was INTENTIONAL and that the product description takes precedence over the images. This response was both surprising and unacceptable, as it effectively suggests that your company engages in misleading advertising practices. As a consumer, I rely on accurate product descriptions and images to make informed purchasing decisions. The disparity between the advertised product and the actual product received has left me feeling deceived and robbed of my trust in your brand.
