Beautifully made I took my husband about two hours to set it up. It’s well-made. He was impressed with how beautiful it looks. My daughter also loves her room now because of this beautiful bed.

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The bed arrived with multiple broken pieces right out of the box, making it impossible to assemble. The quality control is clearly What made the experience even more frustrating was Wayfair’s customer service. Instead of issuing a refund immediately for a damaged product, I was told I have to wait 1–2 business days for the manufacturer to respond before anything can be done. As the retailer, Wayfair should stand behind the products they sell and resolve issues like this promptly rather than making customers wait. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this bed based on my experience.

Bed showed up broken, delivery was quick it showed up in two days, after we went to assemble the box we noticed all the side paneling was broken. Very upsetting I had to sleep on the ground! I purchased a bet with this and had to just put a brand new bed on the ground. I probably won’t be using Wayfair again due to this reason. Multiple other people said the beds showed up broken and this must be a quality control issue. They all should be checked before shipping out
