The sofa was great et quality too ! But they Forgot my order until i sent a mail ! The shipping service is very ordinary .. but after 7 months i receive my sectionnal and is Nice !

Kudos to Hydeline for their responsiveness and excellent customer service. We received our ottoman six days after we ordered it. When it arrived we noticed a small seam separation and surface scratch. We sent a photo to Hydeline customer service. They contacted an upholstery repair service but were told the damage could not be repaired. Hydeline immediately provided us with a return shipping label and ordered a replacement ottoman which was delivered just four days later and in perfect condition. Special thanks to Talia at Hydeline for taking great care of us throughout the process.

Purchased the Aliso Leather Sectional with high expectations and they were handily met! White glove delivery was great. Highly recommended due to furniture quality and the friendly staff that helped make my delivery work out for our move.
