Received this and the cylinder was defective (would not maintain any elevation). I ordered a replacement but not keeping my hopes up. This is wayfair afterall.

Not comfortable as it feels like I’m falling forward and the lumbar curve is too high. Cannot lower the arms. Very unhappy considering the amount I paid and the time promised was 4 days later. I will be returning this.

Poor quality mesh for occasional use. I had to add glue to avoid more deteriorating. Nice looking and easy to assemble.

Don't make this mistake! Looks great but it's cheaply made with an ineffective veneer. This is what I was left with 2 days in after water condensation from a glass. This desk was ready for the garbage before the box was even collected on trash day.
