I would have returned this chair if I had not thrown away the packing prior to assembly. The structure of the chair is sound, but the chair seat is not straight. Under the knee cap / lower thigh area the chair seat is curved; which makes you feel like your being forced out of the chair. You can't seem to sit upright or cross your leg (at the bottom) in the chair without feeling unstable. The back support is great, but would feel better if the seat was not curved downward. Pros: durable, stylish Cons: Poor seat design
