Absolutely love the file cabinet! I purchased as a gift for a family member residing in assisted living. She attempted to unpack it herself, but due to the weight, we had to plan a visit to assist her. The only reason for less than 5 stars is because of a dent on the backtop center. I did not attempt to return it or file a complaint because part of the packaging was thrown out before we arrived and I’m not certain the damage was made before, during or after shipment.

Was easy to assemble and perfect size. Great quality file cabinet. Nice storage space for files.

while the 3 Drawer file cabinet looks nice, the item was shipped and received damaged the bottom drawer was bent and wouldn't open and close correctly. After working with WayFair to replace the drawer twice, both time the replacement part delivery was cancelled, and I'm not able to return the item, so I'm did my best to unbend stuff, but it still doesn't open and close correctly. Won't be purchasing anything else from WayFair as the customer service was lacking and I'm stuck with something that doesn't function correctly.

There’s so much storage, despite not taking up much space. I’m actually using it as an end table and really love it. Get lots of compliments, too!

I love that all the drawers lock at the same time and you can only have one open at a time.
