The railways/sliders come pre-aligned on the sides and are poorly screwed into the sides. I couldn't get the middle drawer to shut and the top drawer wasn't aligned properly. Wayfair customer service was not easy to work with for a return. I'm annoyed that I spent so much time building a cabinet, it not working due to a manufacturer issue, and then having to fight the poor representative for a refund. Just make it easier for your customers.

Wayfair offered an "open box" option at a lower price. There was one unit available, so I purchased it. Filing cabinet was delivered on time and all the parts were there. There was a slight 2-inch dent on the front panel of one of the drawers, so I got what I paid for. Not bad enough to return. I built it myself within 3 hours. This filing cabinet is lightweight and good for a home office, but it's not like the typical thicker and heavier filing cabinet you would find in a work or business office.

This filing cabinet came all in one box. When taking pieces out some of the ball bearings for one draw fell out and had to be painstakingly put back in. Once that was done it was easy to assemble. It looks nice and all draws work fine.

a great looking file cabinet with plenty of room for all my paperwork. easy to assemble and looks great. can hang to files easily and feels sturdy cabinet is metal black in color so it will go with almost any office furniture

Overall, I think this is a decent file cabinet. It seems to be fairly good quality and has enough space with the three drawers for all my files. It looks nice and was fairly easy to put together as well.
