The chairs back is fixed at an angle that you have to lean back as opposed to sitting up.

We love our new office chair. It is so comfortable and is great quality. The chair was easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This chair is absolutely awful!! It's the most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned. The shape of the back makes neck support nonexistent. I had to purchase a neck pillow due to the neck strain I was experiencing. The controls (seat height and back recline) are difficult to reach, requiring one to exit the chair to make adjustments. The arm rests are low in comparison to the seat height and slope inward and forward, forcing one to droop in the seat to rest one's arms. Please do yourself a favor. DO NOT purchase this product!!

The chair is nothing like described. The leather is thin and the chair itself has little to no support. My body ache from sitting in it and I am 260 pounds.
