I like the chair, however, the seat back heats up, but the seat doesn't. Also, the arms are both wobbly even though I have tightened the screws as tight as I can.

Great chair, easy to assemble, high quality. Looks great, but the massage feature is a little soft. I'd recommend.

Super comfy, I love being able to cross my legs and kick my feet out and lay back and set the heat and massage on. Love it!

This is a very comfortable chair and it shipped pretty quickly. Good thing it wasn’t too hard to figure out how to assemble it because it came with no instructions whatsoever. I went on YouTube and found a similar chair tutorial which helped. The message feature isn’t the greatest but it wasn’t why I purchased it. I also ordered it in brown but as you can see from the photos I received black. Not worth the hassle of returning it. Overall I’m very happy with it and it was a good price.
