Very nice executive office chair. The cushioning is plush and thick all over, even the arm rests! It rolls easily, swivels and has a lever underneath to adjust the chair height. The back sits upright and is taller than most office chairs. I’m female height 5’7” for a reference. The comfortable headrest is built in. This luxury office chair provides a lot of back support and, the cushioning makes it gracious to sit on for an extended time. Noteworthy for some is one potential drawback may be the position of the chair back is not adjustable therefore, it doesn’t recline. And it doesn’t have any “rock to it.” This office chair is meant for someone who wants to sit upright and have great support and cushioning. The chair arrived fairly quickly and was packaged securely with no issues.

This chair is of good quality but they sent it to me multiple times and the color was wrong. The color was right on the outside shipping carton but wrong inside the box
