This chair is NOT cream and navy. It is dark, soupy BROWN and GREY. On my screen it looked cream and navy, but it's not even close to that.

The caster wheel was broken. It also has a problem with the lever to elevate or lower the chair. Wayfair assisted me with a partial refund as this item was on clearance. I appreciate the help!
