The product is of low quality. It broke after 18 months of use. For the money I paid for it, I could have bought 2 pieces and used it for much longer. I definitely do not recommend anyone to buy it.

Chair was nice at first.. Now after a full year, the wheels have lost all the ball bearings and the wheels lean. I have to replace them myself because the warranty is only 90 days.. Chair says up to 500 lbs.. NOPE.. I weigh 245 and 3 of the wheels have failed not at the wheel, but at the rotation bearing.. I would not recommend this to any one who is actually Big and Tall..
