Considering that the box was very loose with the flaps hanging by the tape only, the product arrived without a scratch. The only difficulty I had was screwing the backrest with the seat. I had to get another person to help me, to help align the holes so that I could put the 2 screws in. Besides that, I'm quite happy with the purchase.
