Unfortunately, this file cabinet is very flimsy. Once I inserted files, the drawers no longer line up. It also arrived with several dents. I'm keeping it because I need a file cabinet. But I'm going to look for something stronger to replace it in the near future.

File cabinet seems fine but packaging had a large impact penetration resulting in dents and deformities to rear of cabinet. Yes the rear will likely face the wall but that's not the point, I bought a new product, not a dented one. When I reported the problem, Wayfair referred the complaint to the manufacturer. As the seller, I expect Wayfair to resolve the issue, not punting the problem to one of their suppliers.
