Looks nice, does not feel secure when seated guest is over 200 lbs. arm rests can feel wobbly. Has to be pumped up off the ground 1-2 pumps so the foot rest doesn’t scrub on the floor when guests are seated. Reclined position doesn’t feel 100 secure

Love this. Sleek, comfortable. It’s easy to lay back and shampoo hair. The only thing is you need to watch out for the foot rest. I have a stress pad and it will catch and rub if the chair is down all the way.
