The seat is uncomfortable and it makes a popping noise when I sit in it. I checked the instructions several times to make sure I assembled it correctly, so idk why it does that. It wasn’t as nice as the picture looks, and not comfy.

Extremely surprised at the quality of this product.. especially for the price. It was the hardest setup.. took over 3 hours and they manufactured the holes wrong so the whole chair leans to the left. It hurts my back, shoulders and legs when sitting in it for only about 30 mins. Also.. the arm cushions each have a huge screw that pokes through each of them so it pinches your elbows if you put over them (see picture). Headrest is not centered and not equally sized from left to right. Lastly, the wheels barely move and awkwardly so expect it to stay in the same position.. no ability to roll around. Cushions not that comfortable but not the absolute worst I guess. What a pain this purchase was.
