I'd give it a higher rating however, the assembly directions were wrong. (Use the smaller washers on the upper-most part of the arms (2 holes x 2 upper holes on both arms) and the larger washers (4) under the seat, otherwise the upper arm washers will NOT fit into the prefab holes and you'll spend an hour taking everything apart and reassembling the chair (if you're following the directions). Also, the back of the chair does not adjust forward or backward. And while all I wanted was a chair with fabric, not faux or real leather, the fabric used is not top of the line high quality. It is: comfortable, has a lot of padding in the seat and is plenty wide however. I can sit Indian-style very comfortably in it. The seat also raises and lowers for height adjustment. My legs aren't long enough for me to sit all the way in the back of the chair, to take advantage of the lumbar support feature, while keeping my feet on the floor. I like how it looks, the width and the padding in the seat. No idea how long the fabric will hold up however.

I don't find the seat very comfortable and have been using a cushion to help it feel better. It can go down low, which is helpful for a short person like me (4'11") but ultimately isn't really made for my height. I had to stop using it after a year or so due to the discomfort. Putting it together on my own was a little difficult, so I'd recommend getting a helper to at least hold parts in place while the other puts in the screws. It ultimately gave me backaches so, at least for a shorter person, I wouldn't recommend it.

My daughter using it as her chair for studying. She said it’s very comfortable and she likes that you can move the handle. I only give 4 stars since it’s a little bit to adjust the height of the chair. Other than that it’s a great chair.

I love it it so amazing and comfortable!

Love the chair. Really not hard to put together it took maybe 30 minutes. I sure enjoy sitting on something comfy and I love that it has arm rest. I would recommend this this chair. I do wish it went up just a little more.
