You get what you pay for. I chose aesthetics over features to match my office decor which was a mistake. This chair looks nice and the flip up arms are a nice feature however the overall support and comfort level are very low. The adjustable height feature also has issues and often drops down from the height I have it set at. My back is suffering from this chair as I have to spend long hours at the computer. If you only need to use it for short periods of time it might be ok but otherwise go for something better than this.
