Comfort is awesome! This chair is nicely built

The chair is nice and very comfortable. My only issue, is the chair compression value leaked and would not stay in the up position after almost a year. Possible bad buy, I have never had any issue before with their other products, but the fact I was able to return for a warrantied refund made it good to fix the issue.
