Hirsh 30'' Wide 2 -Drawer Steel File Cabinet

Already installed and great price to my bedroom! Works great ! Perfect size not to bulky! And very study!

This seller did Very bad packing. The bottom of the box had previously been cut open around the edges, and then taped together leaving open gaps. The file cabinet was Shipped loose in box without adequate padding. Entire cabinet was tweaked and misaligned. The doors stuck when opening. Clearly this was a return, that they just sent back out again. If I could give no stars to this seller, I would. wasting our time with this poor quality.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. I ordered black. The metal is thin and the entire cabinet seems flimsy. I was expecting something more sturdy considering the price. The shipping packaging came damaged. Paint is missing/scraped off the front left side; the top drawer wasn't correctly installed in the drawer guides; the left side of the cabinet is bent in such a way that the top drawer isn't "square" with the cabinet. If the package this was shipped in wouldn't have been destroyed, I would have sent this back and ordered something else. Grateful that my better half was able to piece this back together so it is mostly functional.

It was delivered damaged but useable. It wouldn't open until I took it apart with tools. I had to remove the locking mechanism before the drawers would open reliably. It is still usable for me but I wouldn't recommend it.

This is as advertised. It is a solid cabinet and will serve us for many years to come.
