The chair is comfortable but there 2 bad design flaws. The armrests remain extremely wobbly even after bolts are tightened. The footrest that stores under the seat rattles away and slides freely back and forth. It doesn't lock in place. Not worth the money.

Chair is comfy and love the leg rest. I’m 6ft tall and am hyper mobile so this allows me to move around.

Missing parts, left chair arm is narrower than right and the foam is broken off from the plastic piece and wheels and very cheap and plastic that stick and can’t even roll around on hard wood floor.

Comfortable, nice material and and my husband loves the massage part

Updated Review: One of the wheels doesn't spin and stops me from easily being able to move around. When I try to push my chair back from my desk, it locks up and drags the wheel across the floor. Not sure if this is a defect or if the wheels are poorly made. This was a relatively easy chair to put together. I love the color and the fact that I can adjust the back and have that I have the option to kick up my feet when on long calls. I'm still getting used to the massage feature, but I find it to be more of a pulse to my lower back than a massage. The chair is more comfortable than I would have expected and find it to be a good buy for the price.
