I don’t hate this chair. I just put it together (relatively straight forward) and feel like it’s pretty flimsy. Wish it had better lumbar support. The massage feature is kind of fun and I think I will enjoy it. If you’ve had a massage in a nail salon chair this is not even close lol but I do feel like it could be a nice stress reliever on a hectic day. It does need electrical plugin for the massageheat function. It looks nice, color is a medium gray- we will see how it holds up. Price point was good for the quality.

Absolutely love. Very comfortable and the massage setting is so nice. It did take a little bit to assemble.

I gave this chair 4 stars only because the footrest is a little flimsier thani t should be. The rest of the chair is good quality, and the massage settings and heat work; although it does take a while for the heat to be warm enough to feel. But once it heats up, it is nice.
