Also part of my first ever order. Similarly priced in office supply stores. There was a fair amount of grease all over the inside, the drawers do open and close smoothly, but a lot of whitish grease to clean off the inside of all drawers. Only the handles had to be assembled. However, I did order two locking file cabinets but no keys were included. I looked everywhere, no keys. Will call Customer Service although I don't see how sending keys will work unless the keys are universal for this product.

These light weight filing cabinets were great for where I needed them, but they are very easy to tip over when one of the drawers are pulled out. A little disappointed! :(
