Chair came in quickly and was easy to assemble. My son needed another chair for his dorm room and it is just as nice and comfortable as the one we got from Wayfair 2 years ago that he has here at home.

The Madyx task chair arrived well packaged and assembly is easy, but there are more parts than any other similar chair I've ordered because the base comes in 12 parts instead of being pre-assembled. The components screwed together with relative ease and took no more tools than the Allen wrench which is included. Once assembled the chair rolls smoothly on casters , swivels with ease and offers height adjustment. The upholstery is attractive and tight and the chair looks nice and is comfortable. I ordered this chair because it impressed me with it's sleek contours and clean, modern design as our style is modern and minimalist. However, as attractive and comfortable as this chair is, it has been my experience that there are weight capacity limitations that are a major draw back. It seems to whimper and creak a bit under the weight of my 225 lb husband. Our impression is it's a little light duty for his weight as the seat and backrest though initially comfortable are not designed to support higher weights nor the typical wear and tear associated with sitting in a task chair to work for prolonged periods of time. Additionally I would be concerned with how quickly the chair itself might begin to deteriorate under the pressure of too much weight. It does seem it would be fine for someone under 200 lbs. My suggestion, if you are considering this chair ; you might want to seriously consider the weight tolerance factor against the chair's conveniences and attractive design if a potential user exceeds the approximately 200 lb threshold.

This chair is perfect! I love how the arms fold up to push the chair all the way in at the desk. The chair is very comfortable and you can actually lean back in a recline. It was packaged very well and was so simple to put together

Nice chair!! It’s very comfortable and easy to assemble. It came in a medium box, not heavy and even though it comes in pieces, it’s not hard to put together and it comes with all the screws tools. It’s light too. Happy with the purchase!

I’ve had a lot of inexpensive office chairs over the years, and this is one of my favorites. It’s easy to put together, low profile, doesn’t dominate a desk, and the wheels and hydraulic system work well. The ability to put the arms up and roll under the desk without adjusting the chair is a plus for a small space. Only drawback is that is it does not recline but that is a small one in my opinion. The seat is cushioned enough for a few hours of sitting. The instructions are clear, a little funny, and inspiring when you finish.
