First, the packaging was top notch. Well protected and packed strategically to prevent damage. With that said, there was one nick in the surface of one of the arms, but tiny at a few millimeters at best. Second, the build was simple and secure, though I recommend not following the directions for the back of the chair and actually lining up the back, then leaning it backwards all the way to the floor. Secure the bottom bolt on one side about 70% as instructed, then raise the back and do the same for the top bolt. Turn to the other side and with a little push, the holes line up perfectly and then you can finish assembly. Without this way it would have taken two people. Assembly took about 20 minutes. Third, the quality of the chair is great. The seat is wide and deep enough to sit cross legged even with the arms down. The fact that they go up and I don't have to move the chair back is a plus for me, as well as, being able to fold up so they don't hit the desk when turning. The back rest is comfortable to relax into when leaned back and the locking mechanism works great with little effort. Overall this is a phenomenal price for the quality of the chair. From the leather to the comfort and even down to the wheels which are not cheaply made, though they do provide a full set of "replacement" wheels that are similar to ones I've seen on cheaper models. I purchased the black model and there is a bit of a shine to it, but again, really well crafted.

This is the best chair by far! I'm big as hell and what I like about this chair is my thighs don't dig into the sides as the arms sit at my waist. I can sit in this chair with extra room and nothing is digging into me making me uncomfortable. The width of the seat is wider than most chairs and that was a selling point for me right along with the chairs weight limit. You can even bring the arm rest up if you don't want to use the arm rest. The chair is very comfortable. Worth the money. The chair is extremely durable and I see this lasting a very long time. I bough the chair in the off white color. Its beautiful and I love it. So if you're looking for a big comfortable durable chair for larger individuals... This is it! If you're you're an average sized person you can definitely without a doubt sit in this cross legged making this a dream come true. Just buy it! I promise you! One note.. This chair is pretty big so just be mindful of your space..

This chair is very comfortable. We range in height from 5 11 to 6 4 with weight being from 175 - 425 pounds. Super great that the arms lift up so you can use it like an armless chair. Don't waste your time and money looking fir a great chair when it is right here.

Love it and it’s color

How I wish I can give this 10 stars. I received this office chair well-packaged, and I was pleasantly surprised by how carefully it was protected. When it was delivered, I wasn’t able to bring it inside for two almost three days because I wasn’t home, and during that time, it rained non-stop. When I finally got back, the box was completely soaked, and I was worried the chair might be wet or damaged. Thankfully, once I opened the soaked box, I saw just how well it was protected. Everything was wrapped in multiple layers of protective material, and the chair itself was completely dry and undamaged. That attention to detail really stood out. Assembly was quick and easy just 15 minutes and it’s something anyone can do alone without hassle. After putting it together, I noticed some excellent features, starting with the wheels. They include both standard plastic wheels, which feel a bit cheap, and premium metal with rubber wheels. I went with the rubber ones, and I’m so glad I did.
