I am very pleased with this chair. It is a good quality chair. The only issue I have had is not with Wayfair but with the manufacturer. The manufacturer needs to package more securely as to prevent punctures to the leather during shipment. But, never fear, Wayfair is near! Wayfair gets an A+ for correcting the issue I had. Thanks

Very nice chair. Nice leather and seating. Loving it.

The chair arrived nicely packaged and it was purchased for my very tall husband. It was easy to assemble and all materials felt very high quality. After a month, the base on the chair started to make a loud crack sound when moving the chair or when initially sitting on it. He doesn't weigh more than the chair's limit, but it sounds like the base is going to crack at some point. Wayfair was great at sending a replacement, but i'm a bit concerned that the chair is fundamentally flawed closer to the weight limits documented. I'll make certain to update this review once we try the replacement. Update 10/3- it's only been two months and now the cushioning on the chair is nearly gone. When my husband sits on the chair, he can feel the bottom of the chair. This is a truly a poorly made chair. I returned the replacement since i have zero confidence it will be any good.
