I’m so disappointed! I ordered this item open box. It truly was an open box. All the items look like they were thrown into the box. No padding but a few flat pieces of bubble wrap. It was banged up, scratched and a part bent. There were absolutely no instructions! I finally figured out where all the pieces fit only to discover two bolts were missing. I attempted to call Customer Service but they were closed. The chair is heavy and the back leans too far back for my own back to reach it for support. Maybe that is why it was returned. What a let down for an office chair I needed.
