This chair is NOT fully assembled- product details are false misleading. I am very frustrated with this purchase. It may be a great chair when assembled- I don’t know. I am truly bothered by this purchase the fact that my only recourse would be to pack up a heavy chair ship back for refund- or put it together. I’m disabled and not able to put a chair together which is why I ordered a FULLY ASSEMBLED chair. Poor customer service.

Excellent chair for the price. Looks good, comfortable, easy to assemble. It shipped and got to me ahead of schedule, but with 2 right arms....contacted the vendor and they shipped the proper part in a week. Very good support from the vendor to get the issue resolved quickly.
