Best chair ever!! I had bad back pain and switching to this chair helped it, definitely a great purchase.

I put the chair all together and got to the last part of assembly and this plastic piece is broken…. So sad.Other than that I love the chair and the color!

I guess the chair is OK for the price. I'm new to the US and am unsure what a reasonable price would be for an office chair, so take that into consideration; but I feel the build quality is cheap and tacky. Unlike other reviewers, though, who complain the chair is "wobbly", I think it's sturdy enough. But I can see how the chair could take strain. I wouldn't lean too hard on the armrests. All in all, I'm not enthusiastic about the chair, but it will have to do for now. For people on tight budgets. (Aside: Wayfair needs to check and properly vet the shipping - flimsy boxes and flimsy packing tape. I bought 2 chairs, and one had a part torn, clearly because of stresses during shipping. Boxes arrived open and half open, the tape torn. Bought 2 standing desks as well, and both arrived with damaged panels. One desk's packing styrofoam was broken in many pieces. Wayfair has part-refunded one desk's damage, and shipping replacement panels for the other, so that's good, but I needed my desk days ago. And I don't need to spend time and energy chasing all this up.
