Backed Adjustable Height Ergonomic Lab Stool with Footring Wheels

The process in getting the 1st chair was long and arduous - first the shipping of chairs order - multiple shipments - then one chair not shipped - Call support center (extremely helpful - they are the reason you did not get 1 star review) Replacement chair ordered (still to be delivered). Upon assembly of first chair (parts missing) - replacement parts order - then replacement parts cancelled - then part of the first chair arrived (I thought) but was a replacement because missing parts could not be replaced - then the first chair chair box arrived the second day. (Again phone support extremely helpful - once we both could figure out what was going on) THe chair that did arrive is liked by the staff. Now just need the second chair to arrive.
