Really beautiful ottoman

Cute and comfortable. Color was off. Not what we wanted, but it works.

Everything was great until shipping. Whoever you use for shipping is atrocious. After our order, our couch shipped from the warehouse and made its way to a holding warehouse nearby. For 5 days now, our couch has been sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away. To make the delivery easier for delivery company, we contacted Wayfair to change delivery address to my office since we have a forklift and because our driveway is difficult to navigate being narrow with large overhanging trees. So when we changed the address, our delivery date went from today (Jan 19) to Thursday (Jan 22). For only moving the address down the street. When we tried to change it back you won’t change the delivery date back nor will you allow us to just go pick it up. Very uncommunicative. Won’t be dealing with Wayfair again.

Looks great in our space. Made well & it was easy to attach the legs. Very tailored. I would recommend!

Solid ottoman in a charcoal gray chenille fabric, has a striated look of dark and light grays. Legs are black metal and thin and give it a more modern look instead of traditional.
